The hotel is charming and fairly clean with amazing design and a great restaurant.

The location is excellent to all attractions from here. The breakfast is savoury, hearty and the staff is accommodating.

The rooms were air-conditioned with multiple tables, inside bathroom and the breakfast was delicious. The setting was excellent, right by all the shops and restaurants Newport has to offer, shops, restaurants, and nightlife and Rhode Island.

I was given a beautifully maintained and lovely romantic room with the shower, bedroom. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, close to Ryan Family Amusements.

Fairly clean place with amiable staff and nice view of the harbor. Friendly service, free parking available in the area. Savoury and hearty choice for breakfast.

We enjoyed this hotel, it was quaint and clean. The room was could have been somewhat updated in decor and available with multiple tables and inside bathroom, as example. All of the staff was affable and pleasant and attentive to guests. Everything was simply wonderful.

It was clean and the staff were amicable, beds were extremely comfy. The location was very central, great for main street and a church located close to the hotel. It was set close to a movie theater and bistros.

Everything was perfectly fine, the parking was in the area, the room was well-kept and well-equipped. The room I booked was could have been somewhat updated in decor and available with a double bed, a kitchen. The daily service was excellent. The food was great, had a lot of options.

location: the hotel was so close to great restaurants like the mooring, the landing, tucker's bistro, and the red parrot, the entire downtown / waterfront area, and all the stores, boats, and restaurants are located. really enjoyed dining at il forno italiano, set within 10 minutes' walk. the breakfast was hearty, featured a wide array of meals.

The room was great and with extremely comfy beds. The hotel was in an unbeatable and wonderful position near shops, and all the attractions in Newport.

Excellent Bed & Breakfast. Wayne, the owner, makes you very welcome indeed. Some rooms are two floors up and there is no elevator. Be sure to ask for lower floor rooms if you have trouble with stairs or lots of luggage. Breakfast is made to order by Wayne himself and gets to be a very relaxing affair. Very well located for visiting Newport.

This hotel was set in a very central area near the downtown wharves, Thames Street shoppes, and Fair Street for sure. I was offered a room with particularly nice views to the harbor. I greatly enjoyed the city and venue, will be back.
